We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or several pieces, you won’t pay any shipping fees.
At the moment, we only ship to South Africa, but we’re working hard to expand to more countries soon.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in your shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on the following page:

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new fashion items right away!
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our full return policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. If you want to initiate a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to assist you and guide you through the return process.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.
